    There have been times when I’ve felt “addicted” to sugar and have seen firsthand the negative effects it can have. This month, I’ve made a conscious effort to keep something sweet in the kitchen—but only using natural sources of sugar. My favorite? Dates. I always keep a jar filled with dates stuffed with a cashew nut and coated in bitter/unsweetened chocolate. It’s honestly the best

      Great minds think alike. Dates are so versatile and full of micronutrients. If your not allergic to peanut butter, you could add that in the middle of the dates and when you cover them with chocolate… and you end up with a snickers bar treat that’s natural and much better than the confectionery.

    Today, I tried the app ‘OnSkin’ to analyze the products I use daily. I was surprised to find that some of the brands I trusted contain harmful or unsafe ingredients.

      I used to say that sleeping is my super power but since I started tracking my sleep I've realized that even though I usually get good hours in - the quality isn't always great. Always something to work on!
