April 30 at 10:10 AMIt would be beneficial for everyone to spend at least 60 minutes walking outside without a phone or screen nearby. I've even considered starting a petition to make this part of the official work hours (haha)! Walking without distractions really clears the mind and helps me make better decisions afterwards.
