How has Earth Month been going for folks? I'm feeling really good about the actions I've taken and helped others with. Every day, if we take small steps towards a goal, that is how we achieve it. I think this is the meaning behind the story of the tortoise and the hare.

I'm really happy with how the veg pledge went this year! We had almost 170 participants and lots of fun engament!

I'm still very skeptical about regenerative agriculture because the definitions and practices vary so much and there has still yet to be a thorough LCA on how the practices result in lower lifetime GHG emissions or other environmental impacts like water consumption, energy use, land use (arguably higher), eutrophication or acidification.

4/26: This may be an odd time to bring this up, nearing the end of the month and the completion of this challenge... but I'm uncomfortable with the "175 points for $35 donation." I realize this is a good way for EcoChallenge to fund their actions (and it is far better than "1 point for every $1 donated") I've found myself...

Buy more unpackaged fruits and veggies!
