Failed to complete this goal this year, because there were no group clean up-sessions near me. Next year - no excuses - if there is nothing planned arrange one! I did however pick up some trash during my daily walks, so I feel I have participated in spirit.

Revived a plant today from its winter rest, and I was thrilled to see that it had survived. It's my first time trying to keep Dahlias over the winter and given my general track record with plants I had very low expectations. If luck persists it will blossom with large white flowers later in the summer. 🤞

Amazing to see people talking to each other, playing on the beach, walking, cycling and just loafing around as there was no cell coverage, hence no social media or internet! But, almost everyone had a smile on their faces. It’s good sometimes to disconnect.
