Fun to see everyone completing their actions! This weekend I got out to explore a wetland conservation area called Patrick Marsh that I always see driving out of town but had never visited. My kids had fun tossing sticks and rocks into the water. I loved walking on the boardwalk, seeing a loon (from very far away, ha), and hearing the chorus...

I just always want to sleep more, as I know important is it for your total well-being!

My thoughts will be all over the place at first, but then they will slowly flow out and let me focus on the meditation itself.

This challenge was not difficult to complete as I always carry around reusable grocery bags in my car, including the Green one!
