    When it comes to reducing stress levels or dealing with my anxiety, I rely on music. I prefer to listen to songs that are similar to what I'm feeling at that moment, or I'll play my favorite songs to calm me down and keep me focused. Two songs that I enjoy listening to are No Rain by Blind Melon and Rooster by Alice in Chains.

    Improving my sleep has improved my focus. I no longer feel groggy, drained, tired after getting an extra amount of sleep. I feel more focused, awake, no big headaches so I have a clear mind to think.

    I am interested in mushrooms and fungus as an alternative food source. Yesterday I bought fungi based pancakes, frozen, so hope to try them this weekend!

    it is so important to take walks - to relax, get fresh air, etc. I have figured out that I can walk to an organic grocery, grab a few things, and get back home in about 40 minutes - so that is a great work break for me!

    I started my morning by picking up trash while walking my dog.

    While I was meditating my thoughts and emotions were just regular stuff about my day, homework, and my wants. After it was pretty much the same. Being mindful can support my wellbeing simply by helping me be in the present moment.

    Over the winter I planted some peas and beans in my raised beds because they are a good cover crop. Today I shelled the beans - they are a lovely blue black.

    Got involved in learning stuff on the computer and let my dinner burn, but ate it anyway...is that resilience?
