Woke up to an inch of snow, hoping this is the last freeze of spring, I've got seeds to plant!! DX

I worked together with a friend who runs urbanized meadows in the city and we put together packets of information on raised beds, seed planting schedules, and urban agriculture. I passed these packets around to people so they can set up gardens and planter boxes this spring.

Let's keep rocking Earth Month! It's inspiring to work alongside such a dedicated group.

We have an established garden for fruits and vegetables. To aid in growth, I've planted several different flowering plants to attract bees. This not only assists with pollination but also keeps the bee population up.

Humans are social animals; we need to be a part of groups the same way we need food and water. Having that camaraderie and community gives a sense of belonging, on top of emotional support

I've replaced a lot of my cleaning supplies with distilled white vinegar. This is a MUCH cheaper alternative, and a safer/more effective cleaning solution. Just as (if not more) effective than storebought cleaning sprays, the smell dissipates after a few minutes, and doesn't leave the pungent "sea breeze" type smells lingering.
