I don't feel "stuffed" but I can eat a large volume and I definitely feel full. My only concern is overall protein and making sure I get all the amino acids from the variety I eat if I'm not eating the complete proteins...

Felt great to have such a variety - tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, sprouts, grapes, blueberries, carrots, 3 kinds of greens... During the week I don't always have time, but doing it on the weekend and having extra will help with meals during the week!
