I learned about the fringed puccoon plant that's native to my area. The fringed puccoon provides food and a habitat while helping to stabilize soil and attract pollinators in the area. It also has a history of being used as a medicine by Native Americans. If this species disappeared, it would cause a shake-up in the habitat and food supply for...

It was very difficult to have a zero waste day because of what my daily routine has been recently, especially in college life. I learned that I always have a habit of buying things throughout the day that will serve me in the moment and not in the long run. It makes me think more sustainably about my actions and I will be more conscious going...

Exercising in the morning helped me stay away from screen during the time. The activity I enjoyed the most is pushups because after exercising all these days, I can feel my strength. I couldn't do a single pushup with correct form before I started. Now I can do 6 of them.

Contaminants in Drinking Water: Legal limits are met, but safety concerns persist. Taste Concerns: Water meets regulations but has an unpleasant taste. Who is most affected? Residents: Health risks...

I showed up for my workout today and asked my trainer to push me with a new challenge. I ended up doing a 30-minute pool workout—it wasn't exactly my favorite, but I think with time, I'll get the hang of it and start enjoying it more.

While strolling through Walmart this morning, I bumped into some old friends whose kids graduated alongside mine. We decided to sit down for coffee and spent some time catching up—it was truly a lovely moment.

Since having a family meal, we are trying to plan more! Our kids are 16, 20, and 21,, and it turned out to be a great way to get them to spend time with us and their grandparents.

Exercising helps me get outside and think about myself and relieve stress. It is important for my mental health in many ways and also makes me feel good about my physical health and wellbeing. I enjoy walking the most because it is relaxing and not an intense workout that makes me sore for days.

We got the garden tilled and almost ready. We need to add fertilizer and a fence. We will be starting rows and planting here in the next few weeks. 😊
