April 14 at 2:01 PMExercising in the morning helped me stay away from screen during the time. The activity I enjoyed the most is pushups because after exercising all these days, I can feel my strength. I couldn't do a single pushup with correct form before I started. Now I can do 6 of them.

It is important for my mental health in many ways and also makes me feel good about my physical health and wellbeing. I enjoy walking the most because it is relaxing and not an intense workout that makes me sore for days.
