Pollinators are responsible for so much of the food we eat and the beauty we enjoy! I’ll continue to plant pollinator plants when gardening, and also avoid mowing too early in the season.

In high school I volunteered at Dawes Arboretum removing invasive garlic mustard from the woods and pathways. Yesterday, I walked through Schenley after work and removed about 5 of these piles with a friend. In our 1.5-mile walk, we also saw other piles of garlic mustard others had removed! With the Minds Intention set at ‘Letting It Go, So All Can Flow’ repeated in my mind as I walked the Grass/Stone Labyrinth at a Moderate Pace. When I reached the Center, I sat criss cross and...

I replaced my laundry detergent with detergent sheets! It was important to me that I continue to have fragrance-free options to avoid irritating my sensitive skin, and this did the trick without the plastic waste or mess of a typical detergent container! I'm going to keep using these :)
