April 21 at 8:16 AMCleaning up after Easter, kids all being kids, I did not feel like reaching out to anyone or reconnecting. Today I just want "to be" peacefully.

April 20 at 11:24 PMMy earth month Ecochallenge has been difficult for me. I thought all the negative news would motivate me to achieve my more aspirational challenges but instead I have retreated to safe space of gardening and attending to family. I have spent days pulling invasive weeds at the PCC learning garden, at my mother in law's property in Port Orford...

April 20 at 10:39 PMThere are so many ways that we can make a difference on this project. The lovely weather inspired me to clear out a bunch of rocks and reshape our bioswale. April 18 at 7:20 PMToday I ate a handful of mixed berries with my breakfast, some raspberries, blue berries, strawberries and black berries. And for dinner, I had a pasta salad, full of peas, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and kale. With my partner being a pescatarian, they have influenced me heavily out of overconsuming meats. It's now a little treat for me...

April 18 at 7:13 PMToday I went on a walk through my neighborhood, of downtown Portland, so I wouldn't say I connected with nature much. It was a beautiful sunny day and I just wanted to soak up some of it before it was too late. It was very peaceful, normally I would walk to some music but I broke my phone a week ago so I felt way more engaged with my...
