The condo my wife and I live in uses renewable energy and is fully electric. Our board and owners are planning to install solar panels to the roof as well.

This month is great! Earth Day was such a cool event yesterday. It felt good to be a part of a community working on a project that is great for the community park. Also, I enjoyed talking with the park Rangers to learn more about plants and other wildlife. Confluence Park in Issaquah is also a great place to watch the salmon spawning (:

I have been using the dishwasher instead of washing dishes by hand. for both laundry and dishes, I will not start a load until it is completely full. I have also reduced the amount of time I spend in the shower

I went to our Companys Earth Day where we had lunch then went to local park to learn about the types of invasive plant species. We then spent time trying to irradicate these types of plants in the park.

Native wildflowers, in my garden, on the street and outside my condo.

    More benefits than I deserve.

A majority of my water usage is through indirect means like power/fuel, clothing, and produce. Limiting my consumption and changing dietary habits can help reduce my water footprint.

Supply by demand. The supply will be reduced if the demand has also been reduced.

Walking the Kulshan Trail in Mount Vernon was a nice trail. Seeing both downtown Mount Vernon, the river, and a natural area fitted between the neighborhoods showed a mix of both active-use of land but also conserving parts of it for future generations to enjoy.
