We are half way there. Keep up the great work team!

I joined a "Buy Nothing" group specific to my neighborhood and have gotten rid of several things that I no longer needed but people were very happy to use so they didn't have to spend money to buy a brand new item. This saves resources, money, and I already met 2 neighbors that I didn't know before!

I shared with my neighbor that there is a Tool Library they can utilize when working on projects that require tools they can't afford to buy. He's been redoing his bathroom and has used it twice already!

Ready for this busy week of environmental friendly activities and volunteer work!

My next investment is electric car. Definitely it is a time to stop burning fossil fluids!

I have been switched from brown sugar to monk fruit sweetener 2 years ago and stopped using any sweeteners little by little. Today if I really need something sweeter, I use Organic Blue agave nectar,

Exercising each day really helped me feel more balanced, both physically and mentally. I especially enjoyed stretching and yoga because they helped release tension in my body and gave me a sense of calm and clarity. It also helps me to get a better quality of sleep.

I am researching the ways to ce more consious ways to enjoy our next trip to Azors. Tours that are carbon neutral and not disturb wildlife on the island
