    I am enjoying the challenge and realizing I practice a lot of earth-friendly activities everyday in my lifestyle.

    Despite their differences, freshwater and oceans are interconnected through the water cycle. Ocean water evaporates into the atmosphere where it forms clouds before falling back to Earth as precipitation. This precipitation replenishes freshwater sources such as lakes and rivers which eventually flow back into the oceans.

    Everyone working together, sharing the same passion and love for their place of community. End result is a clean and tidy community and living space.

    Borrowed a tool from the neighbour instead of buying it. Also, put a few household items I no longer needed on the curb that were collected by another neighbour for use in their home. Sharing economy saves money, time and builds a community of sharing/giving.

    This week I planned out all of my meals in advance, and I've already seen a difference in my stress level and wallet. Usually I'm making a quick grocery trip throughout the week, by planning ahead and using food I already have at home I've saved myself from going to the grocery for at least one week!

    I continue to make changes in my lifestyle that impacts my single usage of plastics and will continue to do so. However, I find that personal products such as haircare and personal hygiene products still use a lot of plastics.
