What did you learn about the practice and benefits of regenerative agriculture? How can you support healthy farming practices for people and the planet?
I learned that regenerative agriculture focuses on restoring and enhancing the health of soil, biodiversity, and ecosystems, resulting in numerous benefits such as improved soil fertility, increased crop yields, and enhanced resilience to climate change. To support healthy farming practices for people and the planet, I can advocate for sustainable farming methods, promote organic and regenerative agriculture initiatives, and support local farmers who prioritize soil health and biodiversity conservation. Additionally, I can educate myself and others about the importance of regenerative agriculture and its positive impacts on the environment and food systems.
It was incredibly fulfilling to once again realize that each individual's singular effort contributes significantly in the long run to make the Earth a better place for future generations.

What did you learn about freshwater and oceans you did not already know? In sharing this information with people in your life, which conversation was impactful to you?
How much water is used at home? 80-100 gallons a day? It is shocking, and 24% is used in the bathroom! I have made a pledge to switch off the bathroom sink tap water while brushing, only turn it on as needed, and not keep it running continuously until I finish brushing my teeth.
