    5 min or less showers was my goal for every day in April. As we end the month, I feel like what started as challenging myself for one month is now a permanent habit.

    I learned about the Sustainability Pathways Initiative and took actions as a Rising Aficionado! Throughout this month, I participated in a campus clean up, gained knowledge on our sustainability initiatives, shared my feedback, and became more fluent on sustainability topics. It's been a great month of action!

    Even on my most lazy of days (which, don't get me wrong, I really enjoy being lazy), having exercised gives me a sense that I've accomplished something and done something good for myself. My favorite activity is definitely going running. It gets me outside and lets me exercise while spending time with my dog.

    I learned that there are organizations that help to protect ethical wildlife tourism. When planning trips in the future, I will make sure to consider whether wildlife experiences are harmful to the animals, and won't support them if not. The less we support unethical wildlife tourism, the more it will encourage places to consider better...

    I make sure to turn off lights when I am not using them. This can conserve electricity.
