April 21 at 1:09 PMFor the first time in quite a while, I spent most of the day outside working in the yard. April 21 at 9:02 AMLook at all the compost material I saved from going to the landfill yesterday! I cut up a variety of fruit for our Easter meal and all of the peels, stems and cores went into my compost bin! That compost will eventually turn into back dirt.

-

This is a great way to protect the environment and keeps these scraps from taking up space in landfills, and your compost turns into soil that you can use in a garden or for patching your yard!

April 15 at 7:26 AMHalfway through April! Keep up the good work everyone.
-
April 15 at 7:21 AMI picked up garbage along my street yesterday. I take pride in my neighborhood, but I also want to protect the earth since this garbage can blow into the woods and be harmful to wildlife.

April 14 at 2:07 PMI wouldn't say I was addicted to sugar, but I definitely enjoyed a lot of treats that contain a lot of sugar. I think the most challenging part from me is the routine associated with removing it for me. I'd typically have sugary treats later in the evenings while relaxing and it's always difficult to change up routines, especially when they...
