The recent blackout that affected parts of Europe is a strong reminder of how vulnerable our infrastructure can be to extreme weather events. These disruptions highlight the importance of being prepared.
What was the most rewarding part of bringing people together for a gathering? Did you experience any challenges in hosting, and if so, how did you overcome them?
We’ve reached the last day of the EcoChallenge 🌍💚 These past days were filled with small actions driven by a big purpose: rethinking habits, making more conscious choices, and caring for our planet with more love.
The EcoChallenge ends today, but the commitment continues. Because taking care of the Earth is a daily challenge — and it’s worth it!
How did it feel to plant something, and what kind of gardening did you do (indoors, hydroponic, outside in a garden, etc)? What did you plant and where? Feel free to share a photo to the feed!
My family and I planted a “pata de vaca” tree together. 🌳💚
As we dug the soil and placed the roots, I felt we were doing more than just planting a tree — we were cultivating values. Caring for nature, respecting the rhythm of life, believing in the future… all of that is present in that little sapling that will one day become shade, flowers, and shelter.
Seeing my son take part, even as little as he is, filled me with hope. May he grow like this tree: with strong roots, blooming gently, and spreading beauty wherever he goes.
Planting is an act of love. For ourselves, for others, for tomorrow. 🌿✨
Our little one, just 1 year old, took part in his very first drawing contest. 💚🎨 With lots of paint (and a bit of a mess 😄), we helped him create a nature-themed painting — trees, sun, flowers… all full of color and love.
It was such a joy to see him exploring the colors and having fun. But the most important part was being together, encouraging a love for nature and creativity from an early age. 🌱
These little moments become the biggest memories. 💚
I would like to share a practice that has been part of my life for a long time, which is to eat meatless meals at least twice a week. In addition to the health benefits, with the reduction of the risk of diseases, we also have a great environmental gain, with the reduction of the water footprint and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
