Day 19 and feeling more motivated than ever! Over the past few days, I’ve really started stepping out of my comfort zone—meeting more people who care about sustainability, having real conversations about change, and actively switching to better, more eco-friendly choices in my day-to-day life. But most importantly, I’ve started focusing on my...

One sustainable product I recently purchased is a reusable copper water bottle. Not only does it help me reduce my use of single-use plastic bottles, but copper also has natural antimicrobial properties, which support my health and well-being. This aligns with living more sustainable life while also being mindful of personal health. I...

Every weekend, my cousin and I invest our time in exploring local areas. This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to visit her home and I was amazed by the stunning beauty of her kitchen garden. She has cultivated a wide variety of vegetables and flowers. The sight was truly a feast for the eyes!

Glad to see that the sweets shops at our local market have switched to eco friendly paper packaging! These boxes are easy to dispose and degrade easily without posing any threat.

Day 19 : Started using GharSoaps—a homegrown Indian brand that makes eco-friendly, chemical-free soaps using traditional methods and clean ingredients—and loving how it’s kind to both my skin and the planet.

Congratulations to everyone who checked in today! I make sure to exercise for at least 25 minutes each day, and seeing the team's persistence really motivates me to keep going.

Over halfway there and there's so much I've learned about seaweed and how it can fight climate change. Particularly, aspergosis seaweed can reduce methane emissions significantly if put in cows' food. I hope this can scale and we can reduce methane emissions by 50-90%, which would be a huge deal for the planet.

I love the accountability of checking in and ensuring I do what I pledged to do for this challenge!! Happy Good Friday all!
