I'm so sad Earth Month ends today. Hope everyone did well on this challenge

Final post for April, I found a local place to fill my 5 gallon recycled Firehouse pickle buckets with assorted soils. I think the veggie babies will love it come time to transfer into the ground, soon!!

Been walking to the store rather than drive

I will continue to be conscious of my choices keeping the greater good in mind for our Earth. Hope to engage in more environmental supportive outings in the upcoming summer months. Took my first bike ride of the year yesterday - many more to come!

Going as Planned, sad to see it is coming to an end !

I just love that this is brought to awareness for at least April. I would suggest highlighting one of these every month throughout the year.

I saw a show on TV that showed the plastic that was washing into a pay or beach in the Gulf of Mexico and how a young man was working with a group to gather them all up, sort, and recycle. Amazing! And there is a way to recycle we just need to use a little more energy to get it done. I will try to make it a point to make more people plastic...

I did not do much due to unusual circumstances, but I can continue a small effort toward trash clean up.

I started using paper bags and am not buying plastic bags. I'm already doing this.

All I did was to pick up a rubber part from binoculars on a trail. I will continue to pick up trash as I hike.
