    It's the little things that can make a difference, even stopping and listening to someone in need. I believe what you put into the universe will come back to you.

    Buying native plants have a higher success rate. Previously, I planted Blue berries, cutting of raspberries, golden currants and Oregon Grape. This year I purchased: kinnikinnick, wild rose and bare root hip roses. They're hardy and maintain from season to season. Overall, it's more peaceful sitting in the back yard when I'm not working.

    Plants look a lot more healthier. It also cuts down on the weeds with more nutrients going towards the trees and bushes. It's a lot easier to do.

    Being part of a green team strengthens collaboration because everyone is working toward a shared purpose that feels meaningful.     I created a simple daily action to reduce waste, like bringing my own bag and bottle everywhere I go. It matters to me because it’s small, consistent, and something I can control.
