It is helping to do something that wil have an impact in the future. So it is satisfying to know that

We are not being efficient and a lot of energy is lost when you obtain protein and nutrients from meat

We watched a movie. But what I found more interesting is the discussions with people and listening to their points of view, leading to very enriching conversations.
