    Focusing on nothing but breath and body is not easy. I believe it takes practice. I'm enjoying the practice. I feel lighter and more alert after I meditate. After I meditate, I feel loved, supported, and hopeful.

    I haven't been exercising too much recently, and I have noticed! Just 10 min and my body feels tired. But starting is only the beginning! The more I exercise the stronger I will become!

    writing down my thoughts, feelings and emotions feels strange at first but when I re-read my thoughts, it feels more powerful...and gets me thinking more on what I want to change to be a better person

    I have become more aware of water conservation because it turns a routine into a mindful habit. When you see the gallons saved — for example, cutting one minute from an 8‑minute shower can save about 2.1 gallons per shower, or roughly 3,000 gallons per month, you start to recognize the scale of your daily water use.
