    Enjoying the outdoors has allowed me to take a step back, take a breath of fresh air, and forget about everything if even just for a bit. Just looking up at the sky and seeing how small and insignificant we are as individuals compared to the beauty around us is definitely humbling, and even therapeutic.

    We had a lively discussion today at the SNA office about the Climatarian Diet, which looks at ways to reduce your carbon footprint through food choices. It's important to remember that even a small change to your diet like choosing local, seasonal produce is good for you, good for your community and good for the planet.

    I worked on maintenance of my family cars and sometimes I borrowed from friends and family specialized tools to do these repairs. I can also borrow some tools from my local autoparts stores as well. Ontop of this, I drive a Toyota prius which I pumped gas only one every two weeks.     I have been collecting our kitchen scraps like vegetables/fruits peels, ground coffee beans from my coffee maker, slow cooked bones/vegetables for broth and buried them all over in the ground and toss in some earth worms dug up from the yard to speed up decomposition and to make my dirt more organics and black or full of nutrients.
