We use concentrated laundry strips that come in an envelope, for the same number of washes as a big plastic jug.

Tis the season for Eagle Scout projects, and I've been impressed with the community support offered to these young people. One boy created fishing line disposal receptacles for 2 local parks. Another Scout is making bird feeders to donate to a local retirement home. Another is creating a hammock village in our largest park so people can enjoy...

For my shared skill/service, I shared my organizational skills with the nonprofits where I volunteer. So much of building a team revolves around effective communication and making others feel like their contributions add value. That's achieved through a general game plan that can be tweaked with input from others and actively looking for ways...

Bike ride today for 90 min, discovered a new park and crossed the Missouri River through a new bridge never taken before...it was very inspiring!

Increase insulation in the attic is one of my 2025 project. Saving energy and stop sending heat outside! Insulating your house improves energy efficiency, reducing the need for heating and cooling. This significantly cuts down on carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels used in energy production
