Save Water When Washing Dishes
Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

Conserving water helps protect this precious resource. I will shorten my showers to 5 minutes to save water and reduce energy use - each time saving up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water!

Rico Yao 4/07/2025 9:13 AMI went out with my husband and one of my friends for a walk - it was so nice. Saw some swans in the pond. We talked about the economy, geopolitics and the latest show on Netflix. -
Rico Yao 4/07/2025 9:09 AMThe weather in the UK this couple of weeks is so nice, although still a bit chilly. Great chance to get out. I, once again, walked with two colleagues from Ireland. During the walk, we spoke about work but also connected with each other via some light-hearted jokes.
