Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    It is challenging to get 3 portions of vege and fruits when I travel. But I will do my best and sometimes substitute fruits with nuts.

    Fruits and vegetable are extremely positive to my wellbeing. They make me more energetic. Typically I have leafy vegetables and berries.

    I went out with my husband and one of my friends for a walk - it was so nice. Saw some swans in the pond. We talked about the economy, geopolitics and the latest show on Netflix.

    The weather in the UK this couple of weeks is so nice, although still a bit chilly. Great chance to get out. I, once again, walked with two colleagues from Ireland. During the walk, we spoke about work but also connected with each other via some light-hearted jokes.
