    Spending time outdoors is the simplest way to connect with Nature- Natural Light in place of Electric Light, Fresh breeze in place of an Air conditioner, and Plants and Trees in place of decorative Artifacts.
    All these Natural elements have positive impact on Physical and Mental health.

    I was looking at my monthly Electricity bill and started thinking on ways to reduce it!
    I came across interesting blog from my Washing machine manufacturer which started that by following below, electricity consumption of Washing machine can be reduced by 80%:

    - cold water setting in place of heated water
    - Use High Speed Spin
    - Use machine at optimal load

    Above are very simple tips that can significantly reduce your energy bill and help keep the Planet Cool!

    Getting Enough sleep in the Mobile age looks like a distant dream! Personally, I have started following the practice of stopping the Internet at my Home at 11:00 PM. It's a sure shot way to get a peaceful 7 hrs of sleep!

    While doing an audit of Toxic products in my Home, two products caught my attention: 1st is Fabric softeners and Air Fresheners. Both these products are nonessential products and look very harmless, but in reality, both are very, very harmful to the environment.
    Both these products contain so many Harmful chemicals which has so many adverse health impacts.
    As both products come under the not important category, My Wife and I have decided to not use
    them in future.

    After getting the Home/ Kitchen Audit idea from Eco challenge, I closely observed food waste in the kitchen, I noticed that nearly half of the curry leaves we buy end up being discarded. The reason? We use only a small amount daily, but the store-bought pack is quite large and dries out before we can finish it. Plus, my wife insists on using only fresh leaves!
    To reduce this waste, I’ve decided to grow a curry leaf plant on our balcony. This will not only provide fresh leaves but also add a touch of greenery and some extra oxygen. Let’s see how it goes!
