
The way it works is as soon as I reach out to my phone to open the app, it reminds me ' is it important?' with a count down timer of 20 seconds which delays the impulsive urge, allowing to reflect why am I even opening the app in the first place. It is super amazing and I highly recommend to those who're struggling with distractions, phone/app addiction or generally who'd want to take an action to identify the automatic habits affecting their overall wellbeing. Hope you give it a go!
