REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity and ConnectionHow did you participate in the sharing economy? (Consider posting a photo!) What are the benefits of a sharing economy? How could a sharing economy change the dynamics you have with friends, family and/or neighbors?
Delphine Tounzi 4/30/2025 1:45 AMBooks are a really good and easy example of sharing economy you can use. I used to have a lot of books. But when I moved, I started to sort them out. I first thought I would sell them, but very quickly realized this was not the right approach. You now find small book library in parks or on your walking way. What we did is that we brought all our books there, and started to borrow some other books. My husband is usually bringing one home, we both read it and then bring it back. Easy ! -

- 17-DAY STREAK
I tend to go to sleep too late, much later than my husband. I decided to go at the same time, which helps me getting better quality sleep.-
Oana Onet 4/29/2025 10:54 AMThat's a very good healthy habit! It's very important to respect our circadian cycle and a good quality sleep is best for not overeating, feeling depressed, tired and a good sleep can give you a lot of energy! Combine it with a walk in the evening or in the morning for melatonin regulation :) Keep up the great habit Delphine :)

i moved to a new region about 9 months ago. Since then, I am really trying to explore this area, looking at parks, areas where you can walk, local businesses. For example, there are much more farmer grouped together to sell their products in this region than where I was living before. I explored few of them, and always found passionate people sharing their experience and advising you on products. This is much better than in big supermarkets !-
Candice FANCHON 4/25/2025 6:26 AMC'est trop bien !! Ca fait du bien de découvrir de nouveaux lieux, et surtout quand il s'agit de consommation, trouver nos nouveaux magasins préférés :) -

- 17-DAY STREAK
I am back home and starting a new habit. In the morning (after the car accident of my son), I bring him to school. When I return, I stop at the electric charging station, leave the car there and come back home walking. It feels good this walk early in the morning, and brings you in a good spot for work !-
