Being out there made me feel more grounded. It was like time slowed down a little. I felt calmer, more present, and strangely recharged, even after just a short walk.

Recently I got solar panels installed at my home.
By using solar energy, I’m reducing my carbon footprint and cutting down on greenhouse gas emissions that come from fossil fuels. It’s a direct way to support clean energy and combat climate change. Every kilowatt of solar energy I produce is one less that needs to come from a coal or gas power plant. It’s also a message to my community that sustainable living is possible, practical, and powerful.

Recently I discoeverd a new park in Delhi which has a large lush green area along with 2 lakes in it. Exploring my community made me realize how many cool places and people are right under my nose. It made me feel more rooted and connected to my neighborhood—and it’s easier to appreciate and support local businesses and nature spaces.

How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet? What fruits or vegetables did you try this week, and which was your favorite?

Eating more fruits and vegetables and reducing meat consumption has many positive impacts. For yourself, it often leads to better health—more vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, and a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. It can also improve digestion and boost energy levels.
