    There was a Heinz machine outside wherein you can trade 5 old sachets of unused/expired Ketchup to get a new bottle. So instead of throwing them away in the bin, I have saved 7Dhs.

    If you have a fitbit watch, there's an application you can use to help with meditation before starting and ending your day. It helps with your well-being and manage anxiety.

    I went to the gym yesterday after work to do some running and weightlifting. It's a good way to destress and maintain good metabolism. It also helps me keep physically fit and active
