    I'm definitely addicted to sugar. After cutting out snacks, candy, and sodas I find myself craving them and fighting the urge to give in! This is tough!!

    I've caught myself taking my job for granted from time to time - some people are stuck sitting at a desk all day. Whereas me - I'm privileged to be able to enjoy the outdoors (even if it's a refinery setting) while working.

    I replaced Plastic water bottles with a glass water bottle (HEB's 1877 Mineral Water) to reduce plastic usage.

    It's a challenge trying to get enough sleep when having to wake up around 3:45 in the morning, but prioritizing sleep will help tremendously.
