Understand My Water Footprint
Each of us has a water footprint, directly linked to our daily activities as well as the water required in the production of things we use each day. Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.

Staying connected strengthens relationships and boosts well-being. Each day, I will reach out to 2 friends or colleagues to check in, have a meaningful conversation, or offer support.

Learoysha Henry 4/08/2025 7:53 AMStrawberry-banana smoothie with frozen broccoli. My son tried it and said yum, so I filled his cup, haha. He doesn't like veggies, so this was a great method to hide them. I've gotten the entire family on board, and they're even asking for smoothies.-

That’s a great idea! I definitely need to work on getting more veggies in my meals so definitely would be an easy alternative. -

Smoothie hack: spinach or cauliflower! Veggie boost and minimal taste change over the fruit. Cauliflower makes it extra smooth too!
