    Strawberry-banana smoothie with frozen broccoli. My son tried it and said yum, so I filled his cup, haha. He doesn't like veggies, so this was a great method to hide them. I've gotten the entire family on board, and they're even asking for smoothies.

      That’s a great idea! I definitely need to work on getting more veggies in my meals so definitely would be an easy alternative.

      oh I'm definitely gonna try that! I usually put spinach in my smoothies because the flavor disappears, haven't tried doing the same with broccoli

    This weekend was awesome...I went to a farmers market and supported local businesses. We purchased fresh fruit and vegetables.

      Smoothie hack: spinach or cauliflower! Veggie boost and minimal taste change over the fruit. Cauliflower makes it extra smooth too!
