    I was surprised by how much hidden water I use through food and clothing. It made me realize that saving water isn’t just about taking shorter showers. To reduce my water use, I can eat less meat, take quicker showers, and buy fewer clothes. These changes will make me more thoughtful about my daily habits.

    One way to reduce your impact on nature is to stay on marked trails while hiking. This helps prevent damage to plants and soil, protects wildlife habitats, and reduces erosion. By doing this, we help keep outdoor spaces healthy and beautiful for others to enjoy in the future.
