Ce mois de l’ecochallenge est pour moi le moment de faire pause, et de me questionner sur mes habitudes de consommation. Et voir ce que je peux changer, améliorer, parfois me rendre compte que j’ai aussi lâché un peu certaines habitudes et me recentrer ! Cette année, ça a été aussi l’occasion de sensibiliser ma fille sur un certains nombres de sujet, notamment le respect de la nature et des etres vivants. Merci à tous pour ce mois riche en découvertes et en partage !-

Aujourd’hui, visite au parc de Courzieu à la rencontre des loups et des oiseaux, mais pas que ! L’occasion d’en apprendre plus notamment sur les escargots. Sensibiliser les enfants sur certaines espèces en voie de disparition (comme certaines races de vautour), mais aussi découvrir que le loup n’est pas le grand méchant que l’on prétend !

Geraldine Gay 4/27/2025 12:00 AMAvec la reprise de la voiture pour les trajets du quotidien, mon empreinte carbone est sans surprise remontée en flèche... 2.2 tonnes pour la voiture seulement. J'essaye de compenser par une multitude de petits gestes comme : réduire mes déchets, réduire encore plus ma consommation de viande, plus de préparation maison (les gouters de ma fille, les yaourts...) Mais tout cela ne suffit pas. Un changement dans les habitudes de transports est indispensable, pour réduite le gap avec l'objectif de 2 tonnes par an pour 2050 ! -

Après la chasse aux œufs, balade en famille. Prendre le temps d’observer la nature, d’écouter le bruits des grenouilles, et de s’émerveiller ! Et ramasser quelques déchets qui traînent par-ci par là qui gâchent le paysage… J’ai toujours énormément de mal à comprendre, comment l’on peut encore aujourd’hui se dire qu’il est normal de jeter comme ça n’importe où. Alors parfois je ramasse, je pense à l’histoire du colibri, en me disant que ces petits gestes auront un impact positif. Mais je me demandent souvent comment faire, pour ne plus avoir à le faire et que les gens respectent leur environment.

Lorsque je suis en télétravail, la promenade de mon chien sur la pause déjeuner, est le rendez-vous incontournable de la journée ! Cela me permet de prendre l’air, marcher et ne pas rester enfermée à l’intérieur toute la journée ! Ces moments sont aussi très importants pour son propre bien être !
Autant vous dire que le printemps est ma période préférée pour ces rendez-vous : les arbres en fleurs et toutes ces odeurs, un vrai bonheur !

Très bonne habitude ! De mon côté, je commence ma journée de télétravail par une marche de 15 minutes dans mon quartier, quel que soit le temps, pour recréer un trajet domicile-travail 🚶♂️

From time to time, my daughter and I take stock of her toys, for which we try to prioritize second-hand options. As she grows, some toys no longer interest her, so I ask her to choose toys to give away: to younger friends, to her former nanny, to charities, or as donations to individuals. This allows us to have discussions about sharing, trading, the environment, and the importance of favoring second-hand items. This weekend, she chose this coffee machine that we went to give to her former nanny yesterday, and she was very proud!-

My relationship with running has greatly evolved over the past ten years. After a difficult start for the wrong reasons, I eventually realized the positive impact it had on my mental well-being and the power of this practice on overall health. Running is an excellent way to manage stress, find a space for active meditation, and grant yourself essential personal time. It constantly pushes me to surpass myself and boosts my self-esteem. It has become an important part of my life. So much that I don't hesitate to wake up at dawn on Sunday mornings to go run 28km in nature!-
