    I use an old ice cream container that I saved from a trip to Denver to keep my used espresso grounds. Then it goes in the compost bin for my garden. I’ve been reusing that container for over a year now.

    Running and biking give me mental clarity and focus. I honestly have my best ideas when I am exercising. It feels awesome in every way. I feel more me.
