I have proposed a Sugar Free Marathon. This initiative is expected to create a multifaceted impact by encouraging healthier dietary habits, potentially reducing the prevalence of sugar-related health issues such as obesity and diabetes among participants. Additionally, by aligning the marathon with the Eco Challenge Month, the initiative will raise awareness about the environmental impact of sugar production, promoting sustainable choices that contribute to both personal well-being and environmental stewardship.

Amazing, how people behave. There are beaches in Italy that are closed to the public because over the years people took sand as a souvenir. In Portugal it took years for people to use the freely provided ash trays. Nowadays, almost every single beach has them and more importantly, they are used.
