    Today I went to the gym again before school I was able to do 20 min on stair masters hopefully tmrw I can maybe do 40!

      Before kids, my favorite thing to do was go to the gym later at night, put on my show on my phone, and do 45-60min on the stairs. Put on a tv show or game or whatever you like and it is sooo much easier!

    Other water saving I did was when brushing my teeth I don't leave the water running anymore, also when washing my hand I make sure not to waste water as well.

    Well when I was researching about anxiety and what people should do when getting it, it said to close your eyes think about something and the smell and touch and the joy which I found cool because I would never have thought of doing that.

    It can positively affect other people in a more positive way because when people eat meat sometimes they feel gross after but when eating fruits and vegetables you don't really feel like that you feel more better about yourself. So far i've tried grapes, strawberries, oranges and other vegetables.

    So far it has been making me feel more positive every morning I wake up Ive been going for an hour and 30 mins each day and It has been making me feel more productive to get through my days.

    "the ability to bounce back or recover quickly from difficult, stressful, or traumatic experiences". I decided on this one because it's telling others not to give up even when it's a stressful time. Other likes this definition of resilience.
