Its important to think about ecosystems and lifecycle impacts. This makes a lot of sense for agriculture but likely can be applied to all aspects of our life.

Me and my wife have learned some new things we can take into account but also learned that actions we already had done naturally are helpful too!

Forests offer me and many others an escape. The fresh air and scenery have a huge role in decreasing stress and providing adventure!

I'm interested in trying out both the Clearya and ThinkDirty apps. It would be nice to have a quick way to scan products and dig deeper than the labels. EWG has long been a good resource, I appreciate its commitment to material transparency.

I had not heard about the Bird Friendly Smithsonian label before. I'll look out for it. The palm oil story continues to be heart breaking!

Thanks to everyone who participated! We had an excellent round of presentations and knowledge sharing. We talked about rainforest friendly and unfriendly foods, sustainable beauty products, cooking oil disposal, native bees, tribal land management, and community engagement.

I have loved having a compost bin under the sink, I want to get an actual composting pit in my back yard to create more garden "food"! It makes me feel less wasteful even though I do purchase a compost bin through my city.

It's been amazing to pick up trash in my neighborhood at home and work. I feel like I'm not only helping my neighbors but playing a part in making everyone's life a little better and more enjoyable! It makes me feel really good about life!

It felt great, I love having meal plans and sticking to them! I feel productive and healthy as well as not creating as much one time plastic waste.

I definitely felt like I was looking out for the well being of my community especially with the tin foil black tar meth remnants in the local park where dogs and kids walk every day!
