April 24 at 4:31 PMThe most surprising part of the webinar was learning how much weight animals actually add to the Earth compared to insects and other things. It was good to learn more about Emerson’s growth into our sustainability that we are at now and where we are trying to become even better.

April 23 at 5:30 AMForests not only help with erosion (which is seen in more populated areas that have been cleared of trees), but also help to maintain the water filtration in the water cycle that we learn about as children. Forests offer enjoyment for me, to hear all of the animals that I might not see on a daily basis. They offer me a peaceful getaway to...

April 20 at 5:55 AMI have learned that the hardest wants to change for me were snack foods and ease of use items. It was difficult but had some positive changes and so I will monitor myself more going forward to moderate my needs vs wants like I did this month.

Once the leak has been fixed, I will return the buckets and plastic. After borrowing these things, I then lent some extra heavy duty plastic cover for another's needs and will receive that back once they are done.

April 2 at 4:33 PMI learned that my water footprint for my household is pretty good, the changes we made since previous water footprints have helped to lower our use. The highest footprint we have is virtual footprint because of our diet and our pet food, I think I will try and make some more vegetarian dinners to try out.

April 1 at 3:18 PMMy region/household can prepare for changing water situations by ensuring to use the water set aside for natural disasters and refilling it periodically to keep for emergencies. To also use rainwater for watering plants by placing a bucket outside. Also showering quickly reduces water usage.
