Found my protein drinks come in cardboard with a small, recyclable plastic lid. I had been using full plastic bottles. Wanting to get away from single use entirely but this is a good first step.

Oh, do I love my Poweraid bottles. They're so easy to pick up and go, especially when I'm ready to workout. I'm always sad when I look up powdered versions that they still don't have a sugar-free option. I've found an alternative that comes in single-use foil wrappers that are recyclable. I'm going to try these out in my own reusable bottles....

While not a cleanup effort, I helped fill sandbags in Millvale for community members to use to block their entryways. 8 large bags filled yesterday!

Even though its cold and raining, spending some time working on outdoor items at my house has elevated my mood!
