Attend a Clothing Swap

Participate in the 225 Home Office Swap (April 24/25) OR host one with your Store or DC team OR start one of your own with friends and family! A clothing swap is when individuals contribute their gently-used clothing, accessories, books and more to then swap with others. It's a great way to reduce your consumption, contribute to a circular economy, and renew your wardrobe!

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Education & Livelihood Work-Life Balance
How does practicing a work-life balance create a more sustainable life for you? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?

When individuals have the time and energy to step back from work and focus on other aspects of their lives, they become more engaged citizens. They have the capacity to participate in community events, volunteer for causes they care about, and advocate for policies that promote sustainability and social justice. A society composed of individuals who prioritize work-life balance is more likely to support and implement policies that address environmental challenges and promote sustainable development.
