    I began my morning with healthy breakfast. Bananas, oranges and wheat toast with organic jelly.
    I been under weather these past days. Trying to catch up.

    My meal last night was brown rice with tilapia sauté with cilantro and lemon. This one was 2 grams of sugar.

    For today's meal I have set up to prepared Grill Salmon with Pineapple. My sweet will be the pineapple which will give me all the nutrients I need with less sugar intake 5.5 grams on a small portion. This is combined with onions and cilantro.

    Today I prepared for lunch/Dinner stuff potatoes with ground beef, onions, cilantro and organic no sugar seasoning.

    For breakfast I had Total Cereal with bananas. Very low sugar intake on the Cereal.
