Spent the afternoon rockhounding on the lake and witnessing spring bring back life to the waters and surrounding areas. -

a quick way to sneak in veggies, especially if you don't love them, is to dice them small and put them into an omelet for breakfast - bonus fiber and helps you stay fuller, longer. -
