    I meditate first thing in the morning; it's the tone that sets my day. I find this is the easiest way to start my day! Good intentions!

    Spent the afternoon rockhounding on the lake and witnessing spring bring back life to the waters and surrounding areas.

    So far, the ecochallenge has been great! It helps that it starts in Spring as it is easier to get outside!

    a quick way to sneak in veggies, especially if you don't love them, is to dice them small and put them into an omelet for breakfast - bonus fiber and helps you stay fuller, longer.
