It's a beautiful day to get out an enjoy some extra sunshine. Also picked up some trash along the road while on my lunch walk.

I am doing the challenge because I care about Mother Earth and I had so much fun last year! The actions reflect my interests, abilities and concerns.

I changed the rinse to a bowl instead of running water and I use grey water to water outdoor plants. I am putting a bucket in the shower for more plant water which will catch extra during showers.

I purchased 100% recycled toilet paper from Trader Joes!!

Great, I got a late start due to leave for surgery, but ready to take this on!

Last year the Easter bunny gave my son some flower seeds to plant and it was a HIT! ...I think this may need to be a tradition. 🌼🌷🐇

Couple of my hyacinths are starting to bloom today. Nice to see some spring color. I'm impressed they survived the weekend snow and are still standing straight!

I plan to clean up leaves from flower beds this weekend. My tulips and daffodils are beginning to bloom. We live in norther Indiana so ours bloom a little later in Spring.

I love house plants. My most recent success is with African Violets. I learned this winter not cut the flower stems all the way down when the blooms die, and to instead cut right below the dead flower where stem has dried. New flower shoots come off the old stems! I have to be careful not to overwater and I need to learn more about correct plat...

Great day for an evening walk in the northeast today! A welcome change from the snow and cold wind of this past weekend. Hope everyone is able to enjoy the outdoors today.
