Great day for an evening walk in the northeast today! A welcome change from the snow and cold wind of this past weekend. Hope everyone is able to enjoy the outdoors today.

We tried out our new freeze dryer this weekend. Success!! This will be a HUGE help in preserving our garden harvest and our honeycrisp apple tree in the fall. 🍎

We visit state and national parks whenever we're near if on driving trip. A short but helpful resource can be found at nps.gov for those new or as a reminder, or the park's website. We remind grandkids not to disrupt or move young wildlife and only take pictures from a distance and teach them that if they would think an animal is injured call...

I found a plant identifying app for my phone and my 5yr old son and I have spent HOURS these past couple of days walking around our house, our yard, and our neighborhood checking out every single plant, weed, tree, & flower! We are learning TONS!! 🌱🌷🌿

This is a great experience - learning and interacting. I'd do it again in future years.

I've ordered some reusable/machine washable paper towels (put on roll like normal ones) from Amazon - Earthly, Picking Lemons. My husband always grabs paper towels in kitchen. We'll see how this goes!

Did you know that 27,000 trees are cut down daily around the world? Woah!

I appreciate team members with different perspectives sharing their personal and interesting updates, when otherwise we wouldn't normally interact. I especially enjoy the pictures.

Got to enjoy the beautiful outdoors at a county park this morning with my son for a nature field trip! Spring is here!
