    I try to balance my meat, vegetable and fruits. I make sure that during the day when I need a snack, I take a vegetable or a fruit to make it healthy as well. I had some sweet peppers and some Pineapple.

    I made sure to get to lay down early so I could shut my brain off and sleep easier. I set my alarm for earlier and I made sure NOT to hit snooze. It had a positive impact on my whole day!

    When I spend time outside, I like to just listen...I listen to the wind and the animals. That is what calms me down the most. I love connecting with nature it improves my Mental Well-being every time.

    On Earth Day, my youngest son's Bday - I reflected and shared my gratitude and relentless wishes for a better, healthier and just planet for all of us. Share smiles, love and gratitude for my extended family, my 2 sons and friends near and far. A few moments of joy and peace.

    I continue to daily minimize my carbon footprint by reusing, recycling and reducing anytime, anywhere. Time is of the essence and a challenge to not loose site of our need to all do our part as we are distracted by the political and human conflicts around our world.
