    As preparation for our GETA All-Hands, I was inspired by the research that Yana did and started reading more about all of the efforts our company was doing. When we did the Carbon Footprint exercise, it was a really eye-opening experience. I thought I was doing a good job, but there was so much that I was unaware of. I'm excited to learn and DO more this month.
