    Fruits and vegetables make me feel less "heavy" after eating them compared to meat. My favorite fruit I had this week were grapes.

    Keeping a reusable bag in my car has been very helpful in eliminating the need for single use bags.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    I definitely enjoyed my sugary sweets and a few Spoonfuls in my daily coffee. It was not hard switching over to a substitute and cutting out sugar-based sweets from my diet.

    Sun felt good on my skin and face. Helps me relax and feel energized simultaneously.
