I'm reading Greta Thunberg's Climate Book and highly recommend. Science-heavy but presented in digestible micro-chapters. It all forms a web - from permafrost to clouds to the jet stream. Data is well explained and it uses specific terms without resorting to jargon. (I will probably post this to slack as well.)

Took a short walk after work.

I find it really hard not to rinse the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. It means I am using the dishwasher more frequently as I don't like the thought of dishes sitting in there with food residues on them for too long. It doesn't feel environmentally friendly using the dishwasher more often....

I found out about a donation corner at the local garden centre, so took a heap of old pots, some unused garden candles and some packets of seeds needing used up. I came back with some pots and some seeds someone else had donated!

I took little eco reusable bags with me for my grocery shop and used them for my single items of fruit and veg rather than using the plastic bags supplied in the store.

Saw some pretty vintage wine glasses in the charity shop, bought them for £5, then went back to the shop to donate 2 sets of 6 wine glasses given to me as gifts that I've never used.

Spent time in the garden cleaning and restocking the bird feeders
